Is market data included?
No. Live data and tick replay use your Rithmic connection, and replay with order book depth uses your own Databento MBO files. Data and market service fees are separate from the Strate license.
Which computers are supported?
The betas target macOS on Apple Silicon and Windows x64. Intel Mac support has not been announced. Databento replay has been tested on Windows; validation of live data and trading on Windows is still ongoing.
Can I place orders from Strate?
The chart panel includes local simulation and a Rithmic/Apex connection, subject to license permissions, account permissions and beta capabilities. Order execution from the vertical DOM has not been announced as available.
Which markets can I analyze?
The current scope focuses on CME futures. Available instruments and depth depend on the data provider’s catalog and your entitlements.
Is beta access free?
Yes. Access to the Strate software is free for beta testers during the beta phase. Rithmic or Databento data fees remain separate. This access is not a free lifetime license.
Does Strate work offline?
Sessions and settings are stored locally. Live data and trading require a connection to market services. Replays use data already stored on your computer.
I have a creator code. What is it for?
Enter it when signing up to identify the creator who introduced you to Strate. Your beta access remains free.
Does Strate provide automated signals?
Strate provides visualisations and measurements for your analysis. It does not promise autonomous signals, predictions or guaranteed results.
