The right questions.
Does my audience pay more?
No. The price is the same with or without your code. The code is only used to attribute the subscription to you.
What amount is the commission based on?
On the amount paid by the subscriber, excluding tax: 50% for their first month, then 30% every month for as long as they remain subscribed.
When do I get paid?
Every month, 30 days after the subscriber’s payment, to cover any refunds. Payouts are made once you have accumulated €50, £50 or $50 in commissions.
What happens if a subscriber cancels?
The commission stops with their subscription. Commissions already paid are yours to keep; a refunded payment does not earn a commission.
How does a subscriber use my code?
They enter it in the “Creator code” field when creating their Strate account.
